The deadline for Display Booth submission is August 15, 2023

Registration for the Display Booths begins on May 25th– First Come – First Served!

  • The displays will be 10’ x 10’.
  • They will be filled on a first come first served basis.
  • The display fee is $200 for the weekend.
  • Set up will take place on Friday Oct 20th from 10am-4pm. Arrangements can be made if you need to stay later.

Please fill out the form and pay $200. If the form is no longer showing, we have sold out the booths. There is potential  we will re-open for more. Thank you!
